Connect Campaign Builder with Contacts filter

You can now start a WhatsApp campaign directly from the Contacts page.
This skips Step 1 in the Campaign Builder and takes you straight to Step 2, with the filtered contacts pre-loaded.
You can also start a campaign from the Campaign Builder by selecting contacts from a new tab called "Select Contacts", in addition to the usual CSV upload.
